Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return: Contact us at velo0vogue@gmail.com. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & issues: Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exceptions: We cannot accept returns on perishables, custom orders, personal care products, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges: Return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU customers: You have the right to cancel within 14 days without reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, you'll be refunded within 10 business days to your original payment method. If 15+ business days have passed since approval, contact us at velo0vogue@gmail.com.
